These items are hand-made, one at a time, so if we are out of stock on a particular item Suzy has to manually create more.

On items that are “in-stock”, the usual shipping times are:

Payment by personal cheque–please allow 1 – 2 weeks for shipping.

Credit card, Paypal, Certified cheque or money order–we ship the next business day.

We will email your order confirmation on the day we ship your product.

Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery after your order confirmation.

Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. These items are hand-made, one at a time, which means
there will always be very slight differences between each piece. Therefore, we
do not offer an exchange or refund option.

For the record, to date we have never had an unsatisfied customer.
